Henry Molded Products is a leading manufacturer of environment-friendly custom molded fiber products. We operate 24/7 from two locations and keep a large inventory of raw materials and finished goods to meet your just-in-time delivery needs. Our molded fiber packaging and containers are manufactured from pre-and post-consumer newsprint, Kraft paper, and other selected waste papers. All are 100% recyclable.

We design and fabricate custom molds for each project and fit them with a fine screen to provide a semi-smooth finish. We formulate our slurries to give our molded products more cushioning and increased strength in addition to water hold-out properties. Ideal for use as cushions, corner guards, custom pallets and containers, just to name a few, our custom molded fiber products are available with ¼” wall thicknesses in sizes from 6-110” long x 6-60” wide x 18” high. Tolerances are held to ±2%, and samples are always fit-checked with the product to ensure perfect quality. Our packaging materials can be designed to meet UPS and ISTA drop test compliance, and our Design Engineers are accustomed to working with you throughout the testing process.
